Basic Websites

A website in it's most simple form is a collection of documents which link to one another. Learn how to create these documents, resize images, format your text and link them together to form a simple website.

You'll learn about producing, managing and resizing images for use on the Internet, as well as the various programs and languages used to create websites. Using the web space we provide to you for free we'll aim to build a fully functional website during your lessons.

For someone who can already create word processor documents and send emails, expect 3-6 hours of lessons.

Templates

Templates can be used to apply a consistent style to your website, and ease later changes for websites with many pages.

Video and Multimedia

Adding video and other multimedia content is easily done using the services provided by YouTube and other similar offerings. You can also add maps and news feeds directly to your website.
